Each apartment has a separate bedroom with 2 single beds which can be arranged side-a-side. The convertible sofa in the living-room makes the third accommodation. Furnishings are of modern, functional style. All dwelling-units have bathrooms with shower and WC, balcony or terrace, and against surcharge safe deposit box, TV set and air conditioning.   The air conditioning can be switched to heating mode in wintertime and during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
